Original photographs are preferred and will be returned to you via mail
with a copy of your invoice. We will do all we can to ensure the safety
of your photograph however, some circumstances may be out of our control.
As such, Chocolate Graphics is not liable for any damage to original
photographs or images.
Photographs may also be emailed as large JPEG files (see specifications
above) to info@chocolategraphics.co.au

Foil
Printing
Printing includes printing of one generic symbol from our box
print collection and typeset text on packaging. For non-generic
designs or logo's, there is an additional once-off setup charge of $77.00.
Own
Chocolate Designs
For all moulds of non-generic artwork for Chocolates, there is a once-off
setup charge cost of $99.00 per design.
Delivery
For all deliveries made, a "Freight and handling" charge will
apply.
Lead
Times
- For generic products up to 1,000 single units require 21 (twenty-one)
working days from receipt of order.
- New designs requiring artwork, up to 1,000 single units require 21
(twenty-one) working days from artwork approval.
- Foil printing on packaging including new design requiring artwork,
up to 1,000 single units require 21 (twenty-one) working days from Artwork
approval.

Payment can be made be cash, cheque or credit card at placement of order.

Orders
There is a minimum chocolate product order of $77 including GST.

Thick Chocolate
Is available in all products except CG1, CG1W, CG2, CG3, CG3W, CG10.

Freight and Handling
Chocolate graphics uses reputable carriers for delivery but can accept no responsibility for loss or damage
to chocolates caused by carrier companies. Damage to chocolates due to inadequate packaging will be
assessed on notification and review of photos showing damage and packaging.
