Artwork Supply Specifications

Artwork File Formats

Artwork is preferred in the following formats, in order of preference:

• Corel Draw 9 Graphic - or earlier version
• Encapsulated Postscript File - eps
• JPEG - at least 300dpi
• TIFF Image - at least 300 dpi

Vector based images are preferred due to their preservation of clarity when moving between programs and platforms.

Australia Photographs

Original photographs are preferred and will be returned to you via mail with a copy of your invoice.

We will do all we can to ensure the safety of your photograph however, some circumstances may be out of our control. As such, Chocolate Graphics is not liable for any damage to original photographs or images.

Photographs may also be emailed as large JPEG files (see specifications above) to

Additional Cost - Personalised Chocolate - Foil Printing

Foil printing is included in the price of the box but there is a set up cost of $88.00 for the printers plate for each box design.

Own Chocolate Designs

For all moulds of non-generic artwork for Chocolates, there is a once-off setup charge cost of $110.00 per design.

Delivery

For all deliveries made, a "Freight and handling" charge will apply.

Lead Times

• For generic chocolates up to 1,000 single units require 14-21 days working days from receipt of order. Shorter deliveries can be quoted on application.
• New designs requiring artwork, up to 1,000 single units require 21 (twenty-one) working days from artwork approval.
• Foil printing on packaging requiring artwork, up to 1,000 single units require 21 (twenty-one) working days from Artwork approval.

Payment Terms

Payment can be made be cash, cheque or credit card at placement of order.

Minimum orders

There is a minimum order for generic chocolate design of 100 chocolates @ $99.00 for the 50mm x 50mm x 3mm including GST.

6mm Thick Chocolate

6mm chocolate is available in all chocolates except CG1, CG1W, CG2, CG3, CG3W, CG10. In other chocolates, some restrictions may apply.

Freight and Handling

Chocolate graphics uses reputable carriers for delivery but can accept no responsibility for loss or damage to chocolates caused by carrier companies. Damage to chocolates due to inadequate packaging will be assessed on notification and review of photos showing damage and packaging.
